1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user ("Player") and bs77 as the platform operator ("Platform"). This document, together with the bs77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, forms the entire agreement between both parties.

Continued use of any part of the bs77 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing, withdrawing or participating in any game — is considered full acceptance of this document. The latest version of these terms will always be available on the bs77 website.

2. Player Eligibility

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

The minimum deposit for each method is RM10. Funds deposited into a bs77 account are for gambling purposes only and will not earn interest.

5. Withdrawals

6. Bonus and Promotion Terms

• For example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100, bringing the balance to RM200 with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 15 = RM1,500;
• A deposit of RM1,200 gives a bonus of RM500 with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 15 = RM7,500;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other players and have no cash value unless the wagering requirements are met;
• bs77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with appropriate notice;
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies designed to exploit promotions, will result in bonus cancellation and action against the account.

The bs77 VIP programme offers three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%). Tier advancement depends on player activity and is at the discretion of bs77.

7. Game Rules

bs77 provides various game categories including online slots, live casino, sportsbook, esports betting and roulette. Each game category has specific rules that players should understand before playing.

In the event of any technical discrepancy or system failure during a game, bs77 reserves the right to:

• Cancel the affected round or bet;
• Restore the account balance to its state before the disruption occurred;

Results generated by the bs77 game system are final and binding. Players who disagree with a game result may submit a complaint through bs77 customer support channels within 30 days of the date of the incident.

8. Player Conduct

• Communicating in a threatening, disruptive or harassing manner towards other players or bs77 staff;

9. Account Termination

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the bs77 support team. Any legitimate cash balance (not subject to any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned once the verification process is completed.

bs77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice if:

• The player breaches any term in this document;
• There is suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity;
• The player provided false registration information;
• The player is involved in bonus system abuse;
• The account is identified as a duplicate account belonging to the same individual.

In cases of termination due to a breach, bs77 reserves the right to forfeit any funds in that account including real money and bonuses.

10. Limitation of Liability

bs77 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or game outcomes;
• Service disruptions due to maintenance or events beyond bs77's control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred without bs77's knowledge;
• Differences in currency value or cryptocurrency exchange rates during transactions.

bs77's total liability to a player will not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

11. Amendments to Terms

bs77 reserves the right to amend, add to or update any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to players via a notice on the website or through the registered email address.

Continued use of the bs77 platform after an amendment to the terms takes effect is considered acceptance of the amended terms. Players who do not agree with the amendments should stop using the platform and close their account.
